The City of Carlisle is served by a representative government consisting of a City Council and the Mayor. The Carlisle City Council meets at 6:30 pm every 2nd and 4th Monday of each month in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. The public is encouraged to attend and each meeting includes a period for “Citizen Participation”.
