Police Report- May 31, 2020

On 5/26/20 an incident of disturbing the peace and quiet was reported in the 400 block of North 9th Street.

On 5/27/20 an incident of criminal mischief was reported in the 1000 block of South 5th Street.

On 5/27/20 a violation of a no contact order was reported in the area of SE 68th Place and SE 68th Ave. Information was taken and a report made.

On 5/28/20 an incident of fraudulent activity was reported in the 100 block of Ash Street.

On 5/29/20 Jeffrey Boucher, 35, of Carlisle was cited in the 300 block of Ash Street for Interference with Official Acts. Boucher was released to appear in court at a later date.

On 5/29/20 a vehicle driven by Raymond Palmer, 75, of Carlisle struck a vehicle driven by Thomas Fucaloro, 37, of Carlisle in the area of Highway 5 and 5th Street. Information was taken and a report forwarded to the Department of Transportation.

On 5/29/20 Gabriel Stanford, 18, of Carlisle was cited for Criminal Mischief in the area of Scotch Ridge Road and Bluestem Drive. Stanford was released to appear in court at a later date.

On 5/29/20 Bridget Ball, 25, of Carlisle was cited for Criminal Mischief in the area of Scotch Ridge Road and Bluestem Drive. Ball was released to appear in court at a later date.

On 5/29/20 an incident of disturbing the peace and quiet was reported in the 200 block of North 2nd Street.

On 5/30/20 a domestic disturbance was reported in the area of Harding Street and S31 Highway.

On 5/30/20 a vehicle driven by Delaney Richards, 23, of Chariton was struck by a vehicle driven by Julian Lopez Campos, 25, of Johnston in the area of Highway 5 and 165th Place. Information was taken and a report forwarded to the Department of Transportation.

On 5/31/20 a vehicle driven by Christine Brackett, 69, of Moravia struck Fiss’ building in the 100 block of Highway 5. Information was taken and a report forwarded to the Department of Transportation.

On 5/31/20 a two car accident was reported in the area of SE 52nd and SE 64th. Information was taken and a report forwarded to the Department of Transportation.

On 5/31/20 Troy Parsons, 36, of Des Moines was arrested in the 600 block of North 1st Street for Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and picked up on a Des Moines issued arrest warrant for Domestic Abuse with Strangulation. Parsons was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
