Police Report- March 3, 2019

On 2/25/19 an incident of fraudulent activity was reported in the 400 block of School Street. Information was taken and a report made.

On 2/25/19 a vehicle driven by Gracie Hinze, 17, of Runnells, struck a vehicle driven by Lea Williams, 56, of Pleasantville,  in the 15000 block of Highway 5. Information was taken and a report forwarded to the Department of Transportation.

On 2/25/19 an incident of abuse was reported in the 400 block of School Street. Information was taken and a report made.

On 2/25/19 Rosalee Atchison, 46, of Carlisle, was arrested for Theft 5th Degree. Atchison was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Jail.

On 2/26/19 an incident of disorderly conduct was reported in the 300 block of Scotch Ridge Road. Information was taken and a report made.

On 2/27/19 a vehicle driven by Tyler Brown, 16, of Des Moines, lost control of his vehicle on SE Avon Drive. Information was taken and a report was forwarded to the Department of Transportation.

On 2/27/19 a domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Ash Street.

On 3/1/19 Kara Spinden, 24, of Hamilton, was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated-3rd Offense and Driving While Barred. Spinden was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Jail.

On 3/2/19 an incident of theft was reported in the 100 block of Garfield Street. Information was taken and a report made.

On 3/2/19 Jeremy Hill, 37, of Carlisle, was picked up on an arrest warrant issued by the Department of Corrections for Probation Violation. Hill was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Jail.

On 3/3/19 David Yom, 18, of Des Moines, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance-2nd Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp. Yom was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Jail.

On 3/3/19 a juvenile male was referred to juvenile court for Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp. Information was taken and a report made. Juvenile was cited and released to parents.

On 3/3/19 a juvenile male was referred to juvenile court for Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Possession of Tobacco Underage, Violation of Intermediate License, Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp. Information was taken and a report made. Juvenile was cited and released to parents.

On 3/3/19 Lauren Coulthurst, 28, of Carlisle, was picked up on a Polk County issued arrest warrant. Coulthurst was taken into custody and transferred to a Polk County Deputy.
