On 2/3/21 an incident of harassment was reported in the area of Elm Street and Railroad Street.
On 2/4/21 Gabriel Stanford, 18, of Carlisle was picked up on a Warren County Sheriff’s Office issued arrest warrant. Stanford was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
On 2/4/21 an incident of harassment was reported in the area of Elm Street and Railroad Street.
On 2/7/21 Mary Smith, 50, of Hartford was arrested for Simple Assault. Smith was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
