Aquatic Center opening June 4, 2021

Opening day is June 4th 12:30-6:30

Passes can be purchased online at  Click on the ONLINE PAYMENTS tab.

Pool passes that were purchased last year and carried over must be registered.

Family passes are $120+tax for a family up to FIVE.  $10.70 for additional family members

Single passes are $50 + tax.

Daily admission is $4

Hours of Operation 

  • Daily – 12:30-6:30 pm
  • Wednesday Hours – 12:30-8:00 pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday – 11:00-12:00 DAYCARE swim
  • Wednesday 11:00 to 12:00 MOMMY & ME swim time



Swim Lessons Registration is open with ONLINE Registration!

Registration for swim lessons is now open.

Make a new account and register for your lessons.  You can then pay through the city of Carlisle Website under Online Payments.











Group swimming lessons will be offered during June & July at the Carlisle Family Aquatic Center. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced skill levels will be offered at each session. Lessons will be offered in 2-week (8 day) sessions, Monday through Thursday. Fridays will be make-up days. The cost is $40 per child (ages 5 and up) for each session. Checks are payable to City of Carlisle and can be dropped off at City Hall.

Review Minutes

  • Aquatic Center – Discuss summer season.
    • Capacity – open swim in shifts Versus open swim with smaller capacity
    • Swim lessons
    • Concessions
  • PA Rental – Doug Hammerand would like to rent the PA system that is owned by the city. Discuss and action rental agreement.
  • Building deposits – Discuss and action regarding deposits for rental agreements for the Community Building and the Rec Center.
  • Alcohol usage in Parks and Community Building – Discuss and possible action for new facility and park rules.
  • Sportsmans software – cloud-based program that will enable online registration, online rental agreements, online payments, and timekeeping capabilities.

Aquatic Center recommendations:  Abbreviated version

Open swim

  • Half capacity due to staffing shortage,
  • Encourage the wearing of masks,
  • Social distance signs,
  • Separate entrance and exit.
  • Lifeguard staff will mask up when with in 10 feet of another person.

Swim Lessons:

  • Half class size. Max of 5 kids per class
  • Lifeguards wear Face shields while in water.
  • No Advanced classes offered due to limited teaching staff.

  • Masks while working in and social distancing is not possible.
