The Carlisle Aquatic Center is now accepting applicants for the seasonal position of Pool Manager for the 2018 summer season. The Pool Manager will work with the Parks and Rec Superintendent in the day-to-day operation of the Aquatic Center.
Manager duties include the supervision of all staff to include:
• gate attendant
• concessions stand staff
Areas of responsibility:
*swim lessons schedule
*public swim hours of operation
*private pool parties
*maintenance of the pool area
*in-service lifeguard training
*The Pool Supervisor will also oversee the daily operations of the concessions stand.
*They will perform pump room duties including backwash and be responsible for making adjustments to chlorine levels as needed
*Other duties assigned by the Parks and Rec Superintendent.
- Preferred minimum qualifications required: Valid Lifeguard Certificate, CPR/AED/First Aid certified,
- Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age, one year of supervisory experience, or 3 years of aquatic experience, Water Safety Instructor Certified or YMCA Swim Lesson certification
Starting Wage is $12 an hour
